Gluten Free Vegan Pasta Dinner

It is easy to have a delicious, gluten free, vegan meal.  Quinoa pasta is a wonderful substitute.  You just have to add sauce to the pasta, immediately after cooking, instead of just pouring on top.  This makes the consistency of the pasta stable.  It tastes good fresh and leftover!  Gluten free, homemade walnut bread with olive oil and garlic, also a treat with the pasta.  A lovely green salad adds some crunch and additional nutrition to the meal.
