The China Study
If you have not yet read this book, you should read it. It is very well written and has information that is extremely well researched.
We all want our personal choices validated and no book validates my personal choices more than The China Study. The author, who grew up on a farm eating meat and dairy, was not looking to change his life. He had many family members die of cancer and was researching nutrition. Low and behold, he found unequivocally that a plant based diet cures disease and leads to a healthier, happier, longer life. Yes, you can cure heart disease, cancer and prevent many “hereditary” diseases. But, you must be willing to Change to Vegan, for health, for life!
Changing to vegan saved my life. It can save tens of thousands of lives. It can save millions of lives. And it can safe the rain forests, the river systems, help reverse dangerous climate changes and change to world to a better, peaceful place. Read The China Study. Go for health and life and a smaller footprint upon the earth. It is the best possible option for us all. As it says in the book, “If you want to be healthy, change your diet.”
